Cóctel de la semana: cereza ahumada del American Bar en Gleneagles – receta | Cócteles

Si, como mucha gente, tienes un frasco abierto de cerezas cóctel en el refrigerador después de las festividades, aquí tienes una manera muy elegante de usar un poco del almíbar.

15 ml de almíbar de cereza en un frasco
45ml
mezcal – usamos Casamigos
10 ml de licor de marrasquino Luxardo o similar
60ml Compañero espumoso ChariTea

Mida el almíbar de cereza en un vaso alto, agregue el mezcal y el marrasquino, luego revuelva suavemente para combinar. Agrega hielo, decora con mate espumoso y sirve.
